Obituary

Louanna K. Seiler, 73, died March 31, 1993 at Newton Medical Center. She was born August 10, 1919 at Halstead, the daughter of Edward and Jennie G. Ropp Bansemer. A lifetime Halstead resident, she was a homemaker.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church and the American Association of Retired Persons.

She married Albert A. Seiler at Newton on January 25, 1948. He preceded her in death on January 23, 1982. Survivors: three daughters, Loretta LeManton, Newton, Linda Burnett, Halstead and Sandra Seiler, Hutchinson; brother, James Bansemer, Kirkland, Washington; sister, Dorothy Becker, Aurora, Colorado and six grandchildren. A son, Leslie, preceded her in death in 1958.

Funeral services were held April 3 at the Kaufman Funeral Home. Burial was in the Halstead Cemetery.
