Robert R McVicar, Jr

Robert Rhoades McVicar, Jr., 69, Sedgwick, died Thursday, April 21, 1994 at Halstead Hospital. He was born February 13, 1925 at Wichita, the son of Robert R. Sr. and Addie Hatfield McVicar. A Sedgwick resident for 40 years, he was a retired truck driver. He was a member of the Sedgwick Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.

On May 12, 1951, he married Margie Diel at Newton. She survives: Other Survivors: two sons, Steve McVicar and Robert A. McVicar, both of Sedgwick; two daughters, Melody McVicar and Georgia McVicar, both of Sedgwick; two brothers, William McVicar, Wichita and Eugene McVicar, Sedgwick; sister, Adelyn McVicar, Winchester, Kentucky.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, April 26, at Hillside Cemetery, Sedgwick. Rev. James Noeller presided.
