Obituary

Evelyn M. Grosch, 75, Halstead, died Tuesday, March 12, 1996 at Vencor Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. She was born August 5, 1920 at Hartley, Iowa, the daughter of William and Christiina Keppers Erbes. A resident of Halstead for the past 20 years, she was a retired nurses aide from the Halstead Hospital.

She married Eugene A. Grosch at Miami, Oklahoma on May 16, 1969. He survives. Other survivors include sons, Roy Hines, Claremore, Oklahoma and Ben Grosch, Halstead; daughters, Jeannie Hines Everett, Abilene and Christina Grosch Haas, Burrton; brothers, Francis Erbes and Raymoond Erbes, both of Colfax, North Dakota; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in deth by her first husband, Ralph Hines.

Memoria Service was Friday, March 15 at Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead with Father James R. O'Shea presiding. Body was cremated.
