Obituary

Mary "Fannie" Hoskinson, 96, Hutchinson, formerly of Burrton, died Wednesday, May 22, 1996 at Thorne Care Center, Hutchinson. She was born October 9, 1899 in rural Sedgwick County, Kansas, the daughter of William Horton and Mary Bea Gibbons Osborne. A Hutchinson resident since 1992, moving from Burrton, she was a homemaker.

She was a member of the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, rural Burrton.

On January 23, 1916, she married Washington Lunn Hoskinson in Sedgwick County. He died November 7, 1976.

Survivors: two sons, Jack W. Hoskinson and Phillip D. Hoskinson, both of Burrton; daughter, Marie Moore, Wichita, 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral was Saturday, May 25, at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson. Burial was in the Burrton Cemetery.
