Obituary

Nathan Wayne "Nate" Williams, 43, Rose Hill, Kansas, died January 6, 2000 at his reaidence. Cause of death was a self inflicted gunshot. He was born October 23, 1956 at Newton, son of Ivan R. "Ike" and Helen B. Luginbill Williams. He was a self-employed carpenter. He graduated from Halstead High School in 1974. During his high school, he enjoyed playing football and track.

Survivors: one step-brother, Jackie Miller, Wichita; sister, Pam Eshom, Topeka.

A memorial was held January 8, 2000 at the home of his sister. Another memorial service will be held Saturday, January 22, at the United Methodist Church in Halstead. The body was cremated.
