Obituary

Max O. Lagree, 79, Hutchinson formerly of Burrton, died Wednesday, May 8, 1996 at Hutchinson Hospital. He was born March 29,1917 at Burrton, the son of Thomas and Mabel Dixon Lagree. A Hutchinson resident since 1988, moving from rural Burrton, he was a retired farmer and employee of Skelley Oil Company. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Cunningham.

On March 28, 1937, he married Reva A. Stalcup at Burrton. She survives. Other survivors include a son, Bernal L. Lagree, Burrton, three daughters, Audrey Kay Adelhardt, Pratt; Maxine J. McMillan, Stafford; and Nancy L. Banz, Tucson, Arizona; mother, Buhler, three brothers, Kenneth Lagree, Wichita; Ronald Lagree, Burrton and Robert Lagree, ElDorado; two sisters, Glennis Westmacott, Lakewood, Colorado and Joy Zehr, Hutchinson; 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Funeral was Saturday, May 11 at Elliott chapel, Hutchinson. Burial was in Burrton Cemetery, Burrton, Kansas.
