Obituary

Cecil Ray Pannell, 40, Houston, Texas, formerly of Halstead, died Friday, June 28, 1996 at his residence.
He was born May 8, 1956 at Halstead, the son of M. C. and M. Ruth Smith Pannell. Moving from Wichita, he had been a resident of Houston, Texas for 8 years. He was a former Houston Astrodonic concessionaire.

Survivors: his mother, Wichita; two daughters, Casey Pannell and Kristiin Pannell, both of Wichita; two half sisters, Rosa Faye Pond, Tallahasse, Florida and Nina Lee Smith, Wichita.

Graveside service will be Tuesdaay in the Halstead Cemetery, Halstead, with the Rev. James A. Mardock presiding.
