Obituary

Robyn F. Lance, 51, Legg Company plant supervisor, died Friday, April 23, 2010 at Via Christi Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph Campus. He was born Dec. 23, 1958 at Fredonia to Lyle and Margaret (Edwards) Lance. A Halstead resident since 1980, he was a 1977 graduate of Sedgwick High School. On Oct. 11, 1980, he married Melisa "Mitzi" Farber at Halstead, she survives of Halstead. Other survivors include daughters: Krystal Lance, McPherson; and Audra (Marcus) Crebs, Halstead; parents Lyle and Margaret Lance, Sedgwick; brothers: Rany Lance, Maize; Rick (Marcia) Lance, Weston Lakes, Texas; Reagan (April) Lance, Sedgwick; and Russell Lance, Valley Center. Funeral services were Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at First United Methodist Church, Haalstead, with Rev. Jennifer Whittt officiating. Burial followed at Hatstead Cemetery. Memorials may be given to Robyn Lance Memorial Fund at Central National Bank in care of Kaufman Funeral Home.
