Obituary

Joan Kulesza Perkins, 72, died Tuesday Feb. 9, 2010. She was born Feb. 3, 1938 in Newton, Mass., to John and Mary Kulesza, She was the beloved wife to James V. Perkins for 49 years. She is preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter, Andrea Perkins. She is survived by her beloved Husband, James, daughters, Peggy, Stacey and son, John; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; sister Anita of Watertown, Mass., brother John of Walpole, Mass., and sister, Patricia of Medway Mass., and their families. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Halstead. Rosary will be held on Feb. 11 at 7 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Funeral Services is 10 a.m. Friday 12 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. A memorial in lieu of flowers has been established with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Joan Perkins' name at 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, Tenn., 38105.
