Wesley T David

Wesley T. David, 85, Durham, formerly of Halstead, died Sunday, March 2, 1997 at Columbia Halstead Hospital.

He was born January 1, 1912 at Durham, the son of Jacob E. and Leah Lorenz David. A longtime Halstead resident before moving to Durham, he worked at the Halstead Independent as a lineotype operator. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, retiring as a naval officeer.

Survivors: two brothers, Andrew C. David, Durham and Lester R. David, New Hampshire and a sister, Elma F. David, Durham.

Funeral will be Thursday, March 6 at Hillsboro Memorial Chapel, Hillsboro with Pastor Richard Curtis presiding. Graveside service will be in the afternoon at Halstead Cemetery.
