Annie L Dubois

Annie Laurie DuBois, 80, Halstead, died Saturday, February 22, 1997 at Newton Medical Center, Newton. She was born December 4, 1916 at Enterprise, Kansas, the daughter of John H. and Mary Ludwig McConnell. A Halstead resident since 1935, she was a homemaker. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Halstead, and Wimodausis Club.

She married Marvein R. DuBois at Strong City on June 9, 1935. He survives.

Other survivors: son, Robert DuBois, Halstead; daughter, Patricia Drumright, Richmond, Virginia; sister, Marguerite Ruttman, Denver, Colorado; six grandchidren; three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Ellen DuBois.

Funeral was Tuesday, Februry 25, at the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. James A. Mardock presiding. Burial was in the Halstead Cemetery.
