Obituary

Dustin James Fry 18, Sedgwick, died Thursday, May 15, 1997 in rural Sedgwick. He was born October 30, 1978 in Newton, the son of James Delos Fry of Virgil Kansas and Leigh Ann McGinn Charles of Sedgwick.

He was a 1997 graduate of Sedgwick High School. He was employed at Conklin Cars and worked at New Horizons in Valley Center. He was an outdoors person who liked to fish, hunt and work on cars.

Other survivors: two step-brothers, Jeff Charles, Wichita and Larry Charles, ElDorado; stepfather, Ron Charles, Sedgwick; stepmother, Jackie Fry, Virgil; sister, Laura Fry, Sedgwick; three grandparents, Richard McGinn; Harold Eugene Fry and Betty Ann Fry, all of Sedgwick, three step-grandparents, Lester Charles and Helen Charles, both of Wichita and Mary Tuckere, Sedgwick; and one great grandmother, Evelyn McGinn, Sedgwick. He was preceded in death by one grandparent, Marie McGinn.

Funeral was Monday, May 19 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Newton, with Father James O'Shea presiding. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery, Sedgwickl
