Obituary

Edith Elaine Koehn, 55, Osborn, Missouri, sister to Carolyn Schwarz of rural Sedgwick and Jessie Wiggers of Halstead, died Monday, January 27, 1997 at her home. She was the daughter of Harrold and Wilma Pettiecord.

On April 2, 1959, she married Reuben (Junior) Koehn in Sedgwick. He survives. Other survivors innclude a son, Randy Koehn, Lathrop, Missouri; two daughters, Teresa Reece, Rozel and Sherry Mendenhall, Wichita; father and stepmother, Harold and Opal Pettiecord, Marysville, Missouri; three brothers, Harold Pettiecord Jr.; Darrold Pettiecord, Elmira, Missouri; Calvin Pettiecord, Liberty, Missouri; two other sisters, Linda Canada, Moundridge and Marilyn Taylor, Lawson, Missouri; and 8 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Wilma Elaine Pettiecord who died September 14, 1988; two brothers, Arnold Ray Smith who died March 10. 1988 and Rev. Richard Pettiecord, who died May 12, 1991.

Two services will be held one Thursday, January 30, at the Osborn Baptist Church, Osborn, Missouri and one Friday, January 31 at Halstead Grace Mennonite Church, Halstead. Burial will be in the Halstead Cemetery.
