Obituary

Mary C. Gonzalez, 82, died last Wednesday at Hillsboro. She was born April 9, 1926 at Ft. Lupton, Colo., to Francisco and Juanita Bustamante Martinez. She married John Lee Gonzalez June 19, 1947 at Raton, N.M. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband; son, Chester Gonzalez, Newton, Jon Gonzalez, Wichita, Robert Gonzalez, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Frank Gonzalez, San Antonio; daughter, Rebecca Low, Wichita, four brothers and one sister, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.

Rosary was at the Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead. Funeral service was Monday at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial at Halstead Cemetery.
