Rodney R Gray

Rodney R. "Rod" Gray, 44, Hutchinson, son of John and Deloris Gray of Burrton, died Saturday, December 19, 1998 at Hutchinson Hospital. He was born May 23, 1954 at Hutchinson. He graduated from Burrton High School and attended Hutchinson Community College. A longtime Hutchinson resident, he was a construction supervisor for Dillons. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church, where he served as Elder and Assistant Pastor.

On September 5, 1973, he married Sheri Rowland in Hutchinson. She survives. Other survivors: son, Jason Gray, Hutchinson; daughter, Stephanie Gray of the home; brothers, John W. Gray, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Terry C. Gray, Honolulu, Hawaii; sister, Deloris J. Kirk, Armington, Illinois; five nieces; two nephews; several uncles and aunts; step-grandmother, Eve Epp Unruh, Pretty Prairie.

Funeral was Wednesday, December 23 at Faith Baptist Church with Pastor Mel Parrott presiding. Burial was in Burrton Cemetery.
