Obituary

Esther M. Hook, 87, Hesston, sister to Harvey Holzrichter and Alvina Enns, both of Burton, died Sunday, April 19, 1998 at Schowalter Villa in Hesston, Kansas.

She was born July 21, 1910 in Harvey County, the daughter of John H. and Sara F. Friesen Holzrichter. A Hesston resident since 1975, moviing fgrom Burrton, she was a homemaker. She belonged to the Hesston Mennonite Church.

Other survivors: son, Arliss Hook, Hesston; two other brothers, Elmer Holzrichter, Kearney, Nebraska and Irl Holzrichter, Colorado Springs, Colorado; two other sisters, Minnie Regehr, Hutchinson and Doris Edwards, Perry, Oklahoma; two grandchildren and a great grandchild.

She was preceded iin death by an infant brother, Frank.

A private burial in Hesston Cemetery preceded the memorial service on Wednesday, April 22, at Schowalter Villa Chapel, in Newtoon with the Rev. Cheryl Hershberger presiding. Memorials to American Heart Association.
