Obituary

Phillip Eugene Moore, 51, Halstead, died Monday, April 27, 1998 at his home. He was born June 26, 1946 at Harper, the son of Glen P. and Margaret McMullin Moore. A resident of Halstead since 1988, he was a school bus driver for USD 440 Halstead/Bentley.

He was a member of First United Methodist church and Masonic Lodge No. 46, both of Halstead.

On August 17, 1933, he married Denise A. Hefling at Halstead. She survives. Other survivors: sons, Christopher Moore, Hutchinson, Michael Moore, Corey Shane Moore and Matthew Chase Moore, all of Halstead; his father, Kingman; sister, Glenna Bowyer, Lubbock, Texas and one grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his mother and a sister, Wanda Jean Moore.

Funeral was Thursday, April 30, at First United Methodist Church, Halstead, with the Rev. James Mardock presiding. Burial will be in Halstead Cemetery.
