Accidentally Shot
The Burrton Monitor 25 Aug 1882
Dan Jacobs Jr. accidentally shot himself in the foot last Friday morning. The ball was immediately extracted by Dr. J. D. McAtee. Dan is now confined to the house but it is hoped that he will soon be out with the help of crutches.
