Obituary

Myrtle Ruth Day, 89, Parkersburg, West Virginia, formerly of Burrton, died Tuesday, November 23, 1999 at Worthington Manor Care Centner, Parkersburg. She was born June 12, 1910 at Waverly, Kansas, the daughter of John H. and Fannie (Payne) Clark. A West Virginia resident for 18 years, formerly of Burrton, she was a farmer and homemaker. She belonged to First Christian Church, Parkersburg.

Survivors include a son, Darrel L. Day, Long Lane, Missouri; daughter, Carol Mooney, Parkersburg; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 3 great grand children.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Francis Clark and a sister, Ruby Rudicel.

Graveside service was Tuesday, November 30 at Burrton Cemetery with the Rev. Melvin J. Walton presiding.
