Betty Jo (Hardin) Koehn

Betty Jo Koehn, 74, Newton, sister to Jim Benbrook, Halstead, died Thursday, August 12, 1999 at Newton Medicaal Center, Newton. She was born February 20, 1925 at Kaw City, Oklahoma, the daughter of Jack and Ruth Calvert Harden. She was a member of Church of God in Newton.

On October 8, 1942, she married Dale Koehn at Halstead. He died on December 24, 1994. Other survivors: include three sons, Cecil Koehn, Newton; David D. Koehn and Terry Koehn, both of Wichita; two daughters, Peggy J. Eason and Vicki Friesen, both of Newton; sister, Doris Gray, Newton; 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Graveside servicee was Monday, August 16 at Halstead Cemetery with Pastor Mack McGuire presiding.
