Obituary

Ada P. Plummer, 95, died Monday, December 26, 1994 at Halstead Hospital. She was born November 19, 1899 at Sedgwick the daughter of Joseph Peter and Sarah Florence Utz Fry. A lifetime Sedgwick resident, she was an elementary school teacher.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church; United Methodist Women; the American Legion Auxiliary; the Athena Club; the Housing Authority and Senior Citizens, all at Sedgwick.

She married Alvin R. Plumer. He died June 13, 1948.

Survivors: two stepsons, Keith and Clyde, both of Sedgwick; stepdaughter, Donna Rampy, Climax Springs, Missouri; brother, Dale Fry, Garden City; sister, Carol Steile, Newton; eight step-grand children and many step great-grandchidren.

Services were held Wednesday, December 28, at the United Methodist Church, Sedgwick. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery.
