Obituary

Tana' Campbell Titus, 49, Parkwest Plaze Assisted Living RN, died Sunday 21, 2011, at her residence in Halstead. She was born November 8, 1961 at Wichita, daughter of Thomas Ward and Betty Joan Monson Campbell. She was a member of Sacred Heart Cathohlic Church, Halstead.

Survivors: son, Dustin (Susan) Titus, Fort Lewis, Washington; daughter, Dana (Kenyon) Meyer, Halstead; mother; Betty (John) Stutzman, Halstead; brother, Derrick (Mary Lynn) Campbell, San Antonio, Texas and five grandchildren. She was preceded by her father, Thomas Ward Campbell, in death.

Services were Friday, August 26 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Halstead with Father Stephen Baxter officiating.

Burial followed at Halstead Cemetery. Memorials to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
