Obituary

James A. Will, 77, retired Halstead Bank Vice President, died Friday, November 25, 2011 at Via Christi St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita. He was born August 12, 1934 to Henry Gustav and Helen Elizabeteh Mueller Will.

He graduated from Halstead High School, atended Bethel College and was a University of Kansas graduate. Followig his education, he served in the U.S. Army.

He was a member of First Mennonite Church, Halstead. He was a member of and served in many civic clubs and organizationa; Board of Directors of Kansas Learniing Center for Health, Halstead and Pine Village Endowment Foundation of Moundridge; Halstead City Treasurer; Halstead Housing Authority; Halstead Chamber of Commerce and Halstead Lions Club. He was preceded iin death by his parents and a brother, Ernest Will.

He is survived by many cousins and friends. Funeral service was December 1 at First Mennonite Church with Rev. Randy Smith officiating. Burial was in Halstead Cemetery.
