William Lee Considine

William Lee "Bil" Consisine, 71, Halstead, died Tuesday, June 20, 2000 at Newton Medical Center, Newton. He was born March 21, 1929 at Halstad, the son of John W. and Mildred M. Unruh Considine. He waw a 1947 graduate of Halstead High School.

He was a farmer/stockman and a member of the National Cattleman's Association and Kanas Livestock Association.

He married Alice Claire Hanna on November 3, 1979 at Wichita. She survives.

Other survivors: sons, Michael Considine, Wichita; Philip Considine, Burrton; daughters; Mary Ann Jones, Burrton and Pamela McCurry, Sedgwick; stepsons: Guy Hanna, Hutchinson and Mark Hanna, Wichita; step-daughter, Cindy Gatz, Preston; brothers; Robert Considine, Halstead and Dean Considine, Middletown, Maryland; sister, Margaret Bergkamp, rural Halstead, his parents and 19 grandchidren.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Marie McGoinn.

Services were held June 23 at Kaufman Funeral H ome, Halstead, with Fr. James O'Shea officiating. Burial was in the Halsted Cemetery.
