Obituary

Helen Elizabeth Kennedy Gresham, 80, Sedgwick, died November 9, 2000 in Wichita. She was born May 6, 1920 at Lamar, Colorado, daughter of Henry Preston and Ruby Davis Kennedy.

On Septembeer 13, 1939, she married Chester Joacquin Gresham. He preceded her in death. She was a past nursing home aid and a riviter for Boeing during the war.

Survivors: six sons: Jeffrey Gresham, Sedgwick; Patrick Gresham, Augusta; Kevin Gresham, Durham; Marlin Gresham, Arlington, Washiington; Michael Gresham, Great Falls, Montana and Stephen Gresham, Auburn, Alabama; one brother, Robert Kennedy, Valley Center; two sisters, Phyllis Severs, McPherson and Gladys Ropp, Portland, Oregon; 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Graveside services were held Monday, November 13, 2000 at Burrton Kansas Cemetery with Rev. Jack Ropp, nephew of Helen, officiating.
