Obituary

Donald E. Ratzlaff, 68, Burrton, died Tuesday, March 28, 2000 at the Halstead Hospital. He was born February 4, 1932 at Burrton, son of Abraham G. and Della Luginbill Ratzlaff. He had served with the united States Army as a Sergeant First Class for 20 years, was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam War. He was also retired Burrton Township and City of Burrton employee.

He was a member of American Legion Post 369, Burrton and of the Loyal Order of the Moose 982, Hutchinson.

On January 7, 1956, he married Virginia Ruth Martin at Halstead. Sue survives. Other survivors include two sons, David Ratzlaff, Burrton and Larry Ratzlaff, Norristown, Pennsylvania; one daughter, Kasandra Morrison, South Hutchinson; sister, Delite Regier, Buhler; 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Ratzlaff and Charles Ratzlaff.

Graveside service will be Friday, March 31, 2000 at Burrton Cemetery with Rev. Robert Walter conducting the service. Memorials to American Heart Associatiion.
