Obituary

Bessie Orgmann, 96, former co-owner of Ortmann Cleaners in Sedgwick, died Tuesday, October 16, 2001 at Newton Medical Center. She was born October 25, 1904, daughter of Devon and Lydia Crawford Fadley in Sunnydale. She married Carl Ortmann in Wichita. She was a member of the Sedgwick Methodist Church.

Survivors: daughter, Joyce Kennard, Sedgwick; son, Kenneth Ortmann, Quitman, Texas; 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, who died in 1969; a son, Galen Ortmann; brother, Chester Fadley and a sister, Ruth Cox


Services will be October 25 at the Church with burial in the Hillside Cemetery, Sedgwick,.
