Obituary

Faye Evelyn Sargent, 94, of the Buhler Sunshine Home, a longtime resident of Burrton, died October 26, 2002 at Hutchinson Hospital. She was born July 26, 1908 at Edmond, Oklahoma, the daughter of Mile Lee and Betty Cogswell
Terry. She was a homemaker.

She married Arthur Henry Sargent on July 5, 1926 in Cleboourn, Texas. He died November 13, 2001. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Burrton and the Order of the Eastern Star.

Survivors: two daughters, Willa Faye Edwards, Wichita and Mary Jo Johnson, Burrton 4 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Sidney Thomas Terry and Charles Howard Terry and a sister, Katherine Lee Terry.

Services were held October 30 at Burrton United Methodist Church. Burial was in Burrton Cemetery.
