Obituary

Norma Jene Stubby, 75, Burrton, died Saturday, Januaary 12, 2002 at her residence. She was born January 9, 1926 at Norman, Oklahoma, daughter of Harold V. and Dorothy Wage Turner.

On October 21, 1944 she married Marvin Stubby at Burrton. He survives of the home.

She was a bookkeeper and clerk for Burrton Lumber. She was a member of Burrton United Methodist Church, Burrton.

Survivors include three sons; Harold Lee Stubby, Burlington and Robert L. Stubby and Richard D. Stubby, both of Burrton; a daughter, Rae Jene Beadles, Birmington, Alabama; 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Services were held January 15, 2002 at Burrton United Methodist Church with Revs Larry Ankron and Robert Walter. Burial was in Burrton Cemetery.
