Obituary

Helen L. Dohrman, 82, Newton, grandmother of Rae Niles and here husband, Doug of Sedgwick, died Monday, July 28, 2003 at her residence. She was born March 6, 1921 in Delia, the daughter of Patrick and Mary McCoy Hanrahan.

On February 5, 1940, she married Raphael "Ray" Dohrman at Delia. He preceded her in death December 6, 1984. She later married Joseph Burgett April 19, 1986. He preceded her in death July 25, 1996. She was a graduate of Topeka Business College and was the former owner of Newton Livestock Company, Newton.

Other survivors: daughter, Dorothy Koch and husband, Vern, Newton; three stepsons; 3 granddaughters; 9 greatgrand-children.

Services were held July 31 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Newton. Burial was in Restlawn Gardens of Memory, Newton.
