Mosiman, Gerald Leroy

Gerald L. "Jerry" Mosiman, 79, Sedgwick, died Thursday, December 4, 2003 at Via Christi Regiional Medical Center in Wichita. He was born July 24, 1924 at Newton, the son of John and Marie Anna Mueller Mosiman.

On Februry 5, 1949 he married Madeline C. Cox at Sedgwick. She survives of the home.

He was a retired owner and operator of M & M Repair, Sedgwick. He was a member of the Plymouth Congretational Church and Hicks-Davison American Legion Post 268, both of Sedgwick and was a life member of VFW Post 971 Newton.

Other survivors include; five sons, Tony Mosiman, San Torini, Greece; Bruce Mosiman and wife, Beverly; Brad Mosiman and wife Wendy; Mason Mosiman and Karen; Mitchell Mosiman and wife, Michelle, all of Sedgwick; five brothers, John Mosiman, McMinnville, Oregon; Willard Mosiman, Whitewater; Donald Mosiman, Duane Mosiman and Wayne Mosisman, all of Furley; sister, Elizabeth Bowlin, Whitewater; 11 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Eldon Mosiman.

Services were held December 8 at Plymouth Congregational Church with Pastor Craig Reynolds presiding. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery, Sedgwick.
