Obituary

Elmer Leroy Unruh, 74, Newton, brother of Irvin Unruh of Sedgwick, died March 7, 2003 at Newton Medical Center. He was born March 22, 1927 at Newton, son of William W. and Lily Fischer Unruh. He was an assembler for Hay and Forage and was a cattle rancher. He belonged to Grace Community Church, Newton.

Other survivors: sife, Bernice Unruh, of the home in Newton; three sons, Bruce Unruh, Wichita; Gary Unruh, Newton; and Steven Unruh, Topeka; two sisters, Ida Nattier, Moundridge and Verna Unruh, Newton.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Arnold Unruh.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Grace Community Church. Burial followed at Restlawn Gardens of Memory, Newton.
