Mingenback, Norma (Voth), retired Boeing secretary, died Monday, January 10, 2005. Memorial service will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, January 27, 2005, at Lorraine Avenue Mennonite Church. Graveside service will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Newton, KS. Norma was born December 19, 1922, the youngest child of Henry R. Voth, Mennonite missionary, who, along with his family and other German Mennonites, came to this country from Russia in the immigration of 1874, and Katharina Elisabeth (Hirschler) Voth, whose family came from Prussia in 1882. She is preceded in death and goes to join her parents; one half-brother, Albert C. Voth; four half-sisters, Frieda Regier Entz, Bertha Voth, Esther Frantz, and Martha Dyck; four brothers, Harold, Herman, Eldon, and Waldo Voth; three sisters, Edna Voth, Hilma (Voth) Biesterfeld, and Wanda (Voth) Goertz. She is survived by a nephew, Geoffrey Goertz, of Wichita, eight other nieces and nephews, and a number of great- and great-great nieces and nephews. Memorials have been established with Lorraine Avenue Mennonite Church, 655 S. Lorraine, Wichita, KS, and the Mennonite Library and Archives, Bethel College, North Newton, KS, 67117. Downing and Lahey Mortuary East.
