Obituary

Mary Ann Walford was born July 29, 1867 at Raubon, County of Denby, England, and passed away at the Halstead Hospital on March 9, 1958. She was married to Abednego Walford on October 29, 1891, who preceded her in death in January 1, 1937.

Mrs. Walford continued to live on her eighty acre farm until approximately one year ago when because of infirmities, she made her home with her niece and only heir in this country, Mrs. Frederick Wilson of Sedgwick, Kansas.

Services were held at Kaufman Funeral Home at Halstead with the Rev. Paul H. Merkle of the Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial was on the family lot in the Halstead Cemetery.
