Obituary

Chester J. Gresham, 48, Sedgwick, was pronounced dead on arrival at the Axtell Hospital in Newton Saturday following a heart attack. He was born February 12, 1920 at Burrton. He married Helen Kennedy September 13, 1939 at Bentley. He was a building contractor.

Survivors: the widow; sons, Marlin, Wichita; Michael USN, Great Falls, Montana' Steve, Kevin, Patrick and Jerff, all of the home; brothers, Gerald and Virgil, Hutchinson; Raymond, Maize; sister, Mrs. Vesta Wildman, Wichita; two grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted Monday April 11 from the Sedgwick Methodist Church with Rev. Eddie Weber, pastor of the Sedgwick Baptist Church officiating. Burial was in the Burrton Cemetery.
