Randall, John L.

John Little Randall stepped through the doors of death to eternal life on September 11, 1969 in Mercy Hospital, Mouondridge. He was born on March 4, 1883 in Blackrun, Ohio
After graduating from Dennison University, Granville, Ohio, he taught and coached for five years in Tacoma, Washington. For severall years he worked as a civil engineer for the Union Pacific Railrod, then moved to the Burrton community where he spent the rest of his life.
He was a faithful member of the Burrton United Methodist Church and taught a Sunday School class for over forty years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Lucile, his wife, preceeded him in death. Surviving him are his sister, Mary Strueby of Newton; two daughters, Ruth Becker of Burrton and Mary Lou Seedle of Texarkana, Arkansas; one son, Dick of Burrton; 8 grandchildren.
Services were conducted from the church on Septemer 13 and burial was in the Burrton Cemetery.
