Obituary

Harold Duane Hege, 74, Burneyville, Oklahoma, passed away at his home on Februry 24, 2012. He was the son of Harold Daniel and Vera Mildred Williams Hege. He was born in Halstead, Kansas on July 6, 1937 at the Halstead Hospital in Halstead.

He graduated from Bentley High School. He was a long-haul truck driver for Branson Truck Lines for 13 years. On August 3, 1978, he married Helen Kramer in Miami Oklahoma.
They lived in the Hutchinson and Lyons area until 1980, at which time they moved to Keller, Texas. He then drove a mail truck from Dallas to Amarillo for 18 1/2 years.

He was a U. S. Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife of the home; one step-daughter, three step grandchildren and a sister, Deloris Carmichael of Sedgwick.

A memorial service was held at the Falcon Head Community Chapel on February 27. Cremation has taken place.
