David R. Graybill

David R. Graygill, 33, Newwton, died Friday, November 9 at Halstead Hospital of injuries received in a train switching accident near Burrton Thursday night.

He was born May 9, 1940 at Newton, son of Russell and Ione Graybill. A lifelong resident of the Newton area, he was a brakeman for the Santa Fe Railway. He was a member of St. Matthew's Espiscopal Church, Elks Lodge and UTU 477.

Survivors include his widow, LuJean; daughter, Kimberly; stepdaughter, Michelle of the home, stepson, Dean, Burrton; mother, Mrs. Ione Graybill, Newton; brother, George, Topeka.

Services were held Monday November 2 at the church with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
