Obituary

Roy B. Ogan, 86, died Monday, February 11, 1974 at Evergreen Manor in Hutchinson. He was born December 20, 1887 at Sedgwick and married Elizaabeth Vinson on November 22, 1906 at Sedgwick. She died October 10, 1963.

Mr. Ogan was a retired security force guard and had lived here since 1925. He was a member of the Congregational Church, Sedgwick.

Survivors are sons: Harold, Lakewood, California; Walter, Kawkawlin, Michigan; daughters, Mrs. Gene Prater, Silverado Canyon, California; Mrs. Marion Barnes, Westminister, California; brothers, Walter, Long Beach, California; James, Springfield, Oregon; sister, Mrs. Nell Ballard, Anaheim, California; 10 grandchildren; 112 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at Elliott Chapel in Hutchinson. Burial will be in Sedgwick, Kansas Cemetery.
