Obituary

Mrs. Ruth Reed, 68, died Thursday, February 14, 1974 at Pratt County Hospital. She was born April 13, 1905 at Hutchinson and married Reymond Reed December 16, 1923 at Hutchinson. She had lived at Pratt since 1930.

She was a member of the First Christian Church, Pratt; Study Club; and Kill Kare Klub.

Survivors are the widower; son, Clayton, Tripoli, Libya; brothers, Robert Hill, Wichita; Charles Hill, Burrton; sisters, Mrs. Helen Watkins, Chico, California; Mrs. Marjorie Mitchell, Wichita; three grandchildren.

Services were held February 18 at the church with Rev. Richard Clifford officiating. Graveside services were held in Burrton Cemetery. Memorials to American Cancer Society.
