Obituary

John George Teten, 64,, died October 23, at Hampton, Virginia. He was born May 8, 1910 at Jetmore and moved to Virginia 20 years ago. He was a member of the Lutheran Church and a veteran of World War II.

Survivors: brothers, Theodore and Otto, both of Burrton; sisters, Mrs. Anna Meier, Haven; Mrs. Irene Meier, Burrton; Mrs. Marie Fast, Ashton, Missouri.

Services were held November 20 at Kaufman Chapel in Halstead with Rev. Jerry Griffin officiating. Burial was in Burrton Cemetery.
