Obituary

Mrs. Kermit Lois Cavin, 74, died Tuesday, December 24 at Evergreen Manor in Hutchinson. She was born September 23, 1900 at Lyndon and married E. M. Cavin on May 26, 1926, at Kansas. She was a former resident who had returned to Burrton three months ago. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Survivors are the widower, Max; daughters, Mrs. Jacqueline Uyesato, Wichita; Mrs. Margaret Ventresce, Youngstown, Ohio; brothers, Edward Burnetet, Hutchinson; Stewart Burnett, Granda, Colorado; sisters,, Mrs. Faith Walkinshaw, Holly, Colorado; Katherine Burnett, Garden City and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Friday, December 27 at Kaufman Funeral Home in Halstead. Burial was in Burrton Cemetery.
