Charles E. Frentz, 93, died Sunday night at the Mt. Hope Nursing Home.
He was born April 5, 1883 in Floyd County, Indiana. He married Leota McMurry, October 6, 1914 at Burrton. Mrs. Frentz died in August of 1974. He was a farmer and had lived in the Burrton area since 1909.
Survivors include a son, Amos H., Hutchinson; sister, Ada J. Cave, Santa Ana, California; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday,, May 18 at Wulf Mortuary, Mt. Hope with Rev. John Havens officiatiing. Burial was in Star Cemetery, rural Burrton.
