Obituary

Herman A. Crum, 91, died Oct. 24, 1990, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center, Wichita.

He was born April 1, 1899, at Clay Center, the son of William F. and Maude Allen Crum. A resident of Newton since 1941, moving from Wellington, he was a retired independent oil operator. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Newton. On May 25, 1922, he married Lola Williamson at Wichita. She died April 16, 1978.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Petersons Funeral Home Chapel, Newton, with the Rev. James Anderson presiding. Friends may call from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and Friday at the funeral home. Private burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Newton. Memorials may be sent to the church in care of the funeral home.
