Do not have the obituary, but tombstone reads: "Pioneer Mother, Louisa Kahl Taylor, wife of Lewis C. Taylor - Born May 1, 1847 - Died Aug 6, 1873." On back of marker it reads: Mother of Albert Deyo Taylor, Nellie E. Taylor Williams and Clark C. Taylor Hudson.
