Obituary

Loma A. Rosenberg, 92, former resident of Burrton and Newton resident since 1997, died Sunday, March 7, 2004 at Kansas Christian Home in Newton.

She was born August 6, 1922 at Mt. Hope, daughter of Charles and Mary Alford Bobett. She was a cook at the former Burrton nursing home and at the former G& V Steakhouse in Burrton.

She married David Roseberg Jr. in February 14, 1973 at Miami, Oklahoma. He died July 16, 1977. She was a member of the Burrton Methodist Church and OES.

Survivors: niece, Ellen Greene, Port St. Lucie, Florida. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Damon Bobett and Grove Bobett.

Graveside services were held March 11 at the Burrton Cemetery, conducted by Chaplain Evelyn Dodge.
