Obituary

Howard A. Berger, 90, Leavenworth, Kansas, formerly of Cimarron and Halstead, died April 2, 2006 at the Cushing Memorial Hospital of Leavenworth. He was born to Rudolph and Ethel A. Warren Berger on May 27, 1915 in rural Halstead. He was a lifelong farmer and enjoyed working on machinery.

He is surviverd by his sister, Eleanor m. Haines, Leavenworth; niece, Virginia L. Haines, Woodstock, Georgia.

Services were held April 5 at thhe Belden-Sexton-Sumpter Funeral Chapel in Leavenworth.

Graveside Service was held April 6 at the Halstead
Cemetery.
