Obituary

Robert Arthur Easter, 73, South Hutchinson, father of Jody Rivers and Lynelle Fernandez, Burrton, died January 18, 2006 at Mennonite Manor. He was born May 25, 1932 in JHutchinson, son of Benjamin Arthur and Eleanor "Pearl" Wilson Easter.

A lifetime area resident, he was a retired toolmaker for Cessna Fluid Power. On January 14, 1951 he married Elma Maxine Daniel in Hutchinson. She survives.

Other survivors: son, James, Texas Creek, Colorado; daughter, Debra Riead, Hutchinson and Benjy Easter, Shelton, Washington; his mother, Eleanor "Pearl" Easter, South Hutchinson; sister, Barbara Harper, Jacksonville, Florida; 18 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father; son, Robert Wesley Easter; brother, Bill; sister, Donna Wampler and 5 grandchildren.

Services were held January 20 at First Church of God in Hutchinson. Burial was in Burrton City Cemetery.
