John Alexander 'Jack' Titus

John Alexander "Jack" Titus, 80, retired farmer and Hesston-Fiat assembler,, passed away December 30,, 2006. He was born on the farm in the rural Halstead-Sedgwick area to Harold Carey Titus and Helen Elizabeth Miles Titus. He attended and graduated from Halstead. On April 29, 1950, he married Cleo Combs at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Halstead.

He is survived by his wife, Cleo of the home; three sons, John (Carmela) Titus, Shawnee; William (DeAnn), Newton and Stephen (Tana), Wichita; daughter Kathleen (Gary) Church of Sedgwick;; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter and his parents.

Services were held Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Halstead.
