Obituary

Myfanwy May Turner, 95, Wichita, former Burrton resident, died Wednesday, March 1, 2006. She was born February 26, 1911 in Burrton, daughter of Richard W. and Grace Williams Roberts. She retired as the May Co. head buyer for the Children's department.

Survivors: nieces Edith Kildow, Sun City, Arizona; Dorothy Mauldin, Cartersville, Georgia; Helen Montgomery, Kirkland, Washington; Margaret Lee, Marshall, Texas; June Marston, Woodland Park, Colorado; Kathy DePew, Aurora, Colorado; Lois Roberts, Hutchinson; nephews, Dick Roberts, Hutchinson and Donale Roberts, Towanda.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Bob Roberts and Owen Roberts and her husbands, Dennis Corr and Walter Turner.

Services were held March 3 at Cochran Mortuary, Wichita, with a graveside service at Burrton Cemetery.
